Women’s Asia Cup 2024 - Live Score, Schedule & Teams Squads

The 2024 Women’s Asia Cup is set to begin from 19th July, Friday at the Sri Lankan soil. 

This year will mark the ninth edition of the Women’s Asia Cup. The tournament will be contested by eight Asian teams over a span of 15 matches starting 19th July till 28th July. 

Moreover, the 2024 Women’s Asia Cup will be played in the T20 format for the fifth consecutive time this year. 

This prestigious tournament will provide a significant preparatory chance to team Pakistan before the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.

Women’s Asia Cup 2024 squads, teams, groups

This tournament will be contested by the following eight teams: 

India Women, Pakistan Women, United Arab Emirates Women, Bangladesh Women, Thailand Women, Malaysia Women, Sri Lanka Women, and Nepal Women. 

The teams are divided into two groups of four.

Women’s Asia Cup 2024 groups:

Group A: Pakistan, India, Nepal, and UAE. 

Group B: Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Malaysia. 

In the initial stage, each team will play a match against its team members in a round-robin format. 

Upon the completion of the initial stage, the two teams which have performed the best and secured the highest positions amongst their group members will qualify for the semi-finals. 

The winners of the two semi-finals will lock horns with each other in the final match of Women’s Asia Cup 2024 on 28th July at the Rangiri Dambulla Stadium in Sri Lanka.
